We offer a 14 day return for refund policy for unopened packages from the date of delivery. Open items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item value or $5, whichever greater. Items damaged due to misuse or user damage are not eligible for return and will be returned to you Collect on Delivery (COD). Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective. We will cover shipping of replacement and return for defective item.

If the item is defective, please send our technical support an email. We can usually resolve the issue but if we can't, we will cover all expenses for replacement or return.
