Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes responsibilities that www.loverpi.com (the “Site” or “we”) and you are responsible for when make a purchase from the Site.

Time Frame

For in stock items, most orders will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days outside of US holidays. For out of stock items, we will notify you of the estimated restock duration to confirm the order. Once the order has shipped, we will charge the payment method on file.

Courier

We will use the shipping method you chose to fulfill the order. If you are outside of the US, this selection will affect the import logistics and destination country courier. We are responsible for order until the point of exit in the United States of America or People's Republic of China. Once it leaves these two geographic boundaries, the package enters the custody of the customer.

For courier damaged items, please provide at least two photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) to our customer service so we can initiate a claim with the courier within three days of delivery.

International Customs, Duties, and Delivery

Outside of the US and China, the customer is fully responsible for the import logistics of the package. This includes any taxes, duties, regulatory filings, customs clearance, and any other requirements by regional and local authorities. It is important for the customer to follow up with these authorities to ensure timely delivery.

We highly recommend that the customer tracks the package to ensure timely response to any issues that need follow up. For example, EU may require VAT and identification of the importer of record that was not supplied in the mailing address. Some jurisdictions will sell or destroy unclaimed packages instead of returning it. Some jurisdictions will try to charge fees and taxes beyond local regulations. Please double check the charges against your invoice from your order page and provide them the invoice and correct amounts based on the product's HS code and country of origin.

We will not file incorrect or lower values for our shipments. We will mark the shipment value and shipment cost separately on the export filings and invoice. Please do not request value adjustments as we will not be able to do so.
